Unless my memory is failing, it occurred to me that I haven't as yet blogged about any of the painted Epic scale figures in Bryan's collection. I'll start setting that to rights today with some of Bryan's Epic Titans. I've also included images from back issues of White Dwarf that illustrate these Titans in various battle scenes or adverts.
Great stuff - thanks for sharing! I remember admiring these models and I still find the picture with the Ultramarine scout group to be one of the best dioramas Games Workshop ever produced.
ReplyDeleteAll the best,
Kasper
God, I didn't know this diorama but it's furiously good. That blue warhound with checks is also a pure delight.
ReplyDeleteThe warlord with a village on top is also great. This is so good to rediscover some of those beauties, Thanks Steve
Fantastic minis! Big fan of the Reaver titan. Have two of them and been planning to paint them for ages but never got round to it...maybe I should give it a go now

Ahh... back when Titans had panache as opposed to the boxy ugliness of contemporary design.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful models.
To see some of these models again is like meeting an old friend after too many years! Brilliant to see them again. Thanks Steve!
ReplyDeleteJust getting into netepic, these are truly awe inspiring; thanks for posting these for us all to see.
ReplyDeleteI the red/blue diorama the infantry are in fact metal epic marines, I have around a hundred!
ReplyDeleteAdeptus Titanicus (and to an extent Blood Bowl) was the very beginning for me. These miniatures genuinely mark a crossroads in my life and the embrace of an obsession.
ReplyDeleteThe second Reaver with the woodland camo carapace, thats the stuff :)
